Yes. You can upgrade your plan or add more invoice volume, messaging credits, or modules at any time. Charges are prorated based on usage.

No. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. A 15% VAT is added at checkout, and a tax invoice is issued automatically.

Security & Data Hosting

Yes. All invoice data, logs, and ZATCA response files are hosted securely on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or ICI cloud within Saudi Arabia.

Yes. Encrypted daily backups are maintained with 30-day retention and multi-zone replication. Enterprise clients can request custom backup SLAs.

Only authorized users based on role-based access controls (RBAC). Admins can define user roles, branch-level visibility, and permission levels.

Technical & Integrations

Yes. We offer RESTful APIs and webhooks for invoice creation, payments, customer sync, and more. We also support integration with SAP, Dynamics, Zoho, Tally, and others.

Yes. FatooraOnline integrates with gateways like HyperPay, Tap, PayTabs, Moyasar, and STC Pay. You can also add your own provider via our payment integration layer.
