Partnership questions, answered clearly.
A consolidated FAQ for Partner Program, Affiliate Program, track selection, integration, resources, compliance communication, and application flow.
Common questions.
Who can become a FatooraOnline partner?
Partner eligibility. Accounting, tax, audit, ERP, POS, IT, software, advisory, banking, fintech, chamber, association, and business network organizations may apply if they serve or can reach Saudi businesses.
What if we fit more than one track?
Track selection. That is common. A partner can operate across multiple tracks after review. For example, an ERP vendor may be both an integration partner and reseller; an accounting firm may be both advisory and referral partner.
Are public commission percentages available?
Commercials. No. Commercial terms depend on track, customer segment, partner role, scope of involvement, and written agreement. This avoids misleading public promises.
Do customers need to replace ERP or POS?
Integration. No. FatooraOnline can be positioned as a connected e-invoicing and revenue automation layer that works with existing ERP, POS, accounting, billing, or custom systems where feasible.
Can partners guarantee ZATCA compliance?
Compliance. Partners should not make legal, tax, regulatory, or penalty-avoidance guarantees. Use approved FatooraOnline messaging and escalate complex questions.
Who gets access to detailed resources?
Resources. Approved partners receive access to relevant resources based on track and level. Public pages can preview available material, but technical and co-branded assets should be controlled.
How is the Affiliate Program different?
Affiliate. Affiliate is a simpler referral model for people or networks who can introduce prospects but do not want implementation, integration, resale, or support responsibility.
How does deal registration work?
Deal registration. Partners submit qualified opportunities for review. Accepted opportunities are coordinated for discovery, demo, technical review, commercial discussion, and potential activation.
Can banks and PSPs partner?
Strategic alliances. Yes. Banks, PSPs, fintechs, associations, and large networks can explore bundled programs, payment-linked invoicing, SME enablement, and strategic go-to-market models.
Are the website forms production ready?
Go-live. The front-end forms are ready, but they must be connected to a WordPress form plugin, CRM, backend endpoint, or email workflow before production use.
